RESPONSIBILTIES
- Lead the technical development across frontend and backend.
- Build and maintain scalable React.js frontend applications and Python-based backend services.
- Architect, design, and optimize APIs, databases, and system workflows.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure quality delivery.
- Collaborate with management and stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
- Take ownership of timelines, scalability, and overall technical direction.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Designers and other team members for project.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong expertise in React.js (frontend) and Python (backend).
- Solid understanding of REST APIs,database design (SQL/NoSQL), and system architecture.
- Experience with cloud deployment (AWS/GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
- Past experience in a Team Lead role is highly desirable.
