Lead Full Stack (React & Python)

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with leadership qualities to join us as a Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical execution, guiding the development team, and ensuring the successful delivery of a large-scale platform. Your responsibilities will include leading the technical development across frontend and backend. You will be tasked with building and maintaining scalable React.js frontend applications and Python-based backend services. Additionally, you will be required to architect, design, and optimize APIs, databases, and system workflows. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, conducting code reviews, enforcing best practices, and ensuring quality delivery are also key aspects of this role. Collaboration with management and stakeholders to align technology with business goals and taking ownership of timelines, scalability, and overall technical direction will be essential. Furthermore, you will collaborate with DevOps, Designers, and other team members for project success. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer, strong expertise in React.js (frontend) and Python (backend), and a solid understanding of REST APIs, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and system architecture. Experience with cloud deployment (AWS/GCP) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills are required, and past experience in a Team Lead role is highly desirable.
