Lead Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in the MERN stack and AWS deployment. The ideal candidate should have at least 4+ years of experience in full-stack development, proven team leadership skills, and the ability to architect, develop, and deploy scalable applications on the cloud. A basic understanding of AI concepts is preferred to align with future product integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and deployment.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and support team growth.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Full Stack Development:Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Architect RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and efficient data models.Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and secure coding practices.

AWS Deployment & Cloud:

• Management:Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS, etc.).
• Set up CI/CD pipelines, manage Docker/Kubernetes containers, and automate deployments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-based applications for performance and cost efficiency.

AI Awareness:

• Possess a basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and APIs.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers for integrating intelligent features into applications.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI relevant to product development.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development (MERN stack).
• Strong expertise in AWS services and cloud deployment strategies.
• Proven team handling/leadership experience with ability to guide and mentor developers.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern web frameworks.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in web development.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
