As a Lead Full Stack Developer at our company, you will be responsible for driving the technical design and development of scalable, performing, highly available, and secure apps in Mortgages. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration with business objectives. You will also participate in code reviews, promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing, and ensure that the code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance. Key Responsibilities: - Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing. Qualifications Required: - Experience in front-end and back-end technology using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React JS, Redux, Node, Java, and more. - 3+ years of experience with SQL, cloud technology, messaging tools, DevOps tools, test-driven development, and CI/CD. - Experience in agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment.
