The essential requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in retail business analysis, supply chain management, or order management. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, understanding of SQL queries, familiarity with Postman collection, Agile methodology, JIRA or other Project Management Tool, Cloud Technology, and knowledge of Retail Industry trends are necessary. Additionally, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, leadership abilities, communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment are required. Desirable requirements include proficiency in Database handling, in-depth understanding of REST APIs, familiarity with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) operations, integration project concepts, and strong verbal and written communication skills, along with analytical and reasoning ability.
