Snr Developer - React

As a Senior Developer in Applications Development at TransUnion, you will be part of a collaborative and innovative work environment that values continuous growth and professional development. You will have the opportunity to contribute to new project planning, development, and release activities within a self-organizing Scrum team. Our platform is fast, lean, modern, and real-time, managing vast amounts of data to serve a diverse customer base. You will be responsible for building reusable UI components in React, optimizing website performance, and ensuring seamless cross-browser functionality. Your role will involve collaborating with team stakeholders to review work against established standards and communicate modifications for successful content launches aligned with global website goals. Additionally, you will work with the web development team to identify process improvements and address issues on a global scale. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise web development, along with expertise in information architecture, page design, and usability testing. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Experience with cloud technology and strong HTML/CSS skills are highly desirable. During the first 30 days, you will focus on understanding key components of our systems through self-learning, code reviews, documentation, and test automation. Beyond the initial period, you will actively participate in new product design and implementation to address our backlog of product ideas. This position is hybrid, requiring the regular performance of responsibilities both virtually and in-person at a designated TransUnion office location for a minimum of two days per week.
