Lead Technical Business System Analyst

As a Lead Technical Business System Analyst with strong network skills at Milestone Technologies, you will play a crucial role in supporting end-user technologies within the Partner Services Team of the Cybersecurity Digital Trust office. Your primary responsibility will be to gather, develop, and maintain business and technical requirements to aid in the migration of clients" partners from VPNs to virtual secure solutions. It is imperative that you ensure all business requirements are thoroughly documented and aligned with functional digital profile builds, identity management, and application architecture details. You will be actively involved in high visibility projects and will be instrumental in delivering Digital Technology and Innovation initiatives. Collaborating with global and functional area business/technical teams, system and project owners, and External Business Partners, you will serve as a technical solution Subject Matter Expert (SME). The B2B Technical/Business Analyst position entails key duties such as maintaining knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and information system technology, driving project milestones to completion, facilitating communication between business units and IT, documenting functional digital profiles, identifying and escalating complex issues, providing clear documentation for solutions, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized to protect client information. Additionally, you will interact with Information Security, Identity and Access Management teams, and deliver readiness training to external business partners. Preferred qualifications for this role include a technical background in VPN/Firewall, Cloud Technology, Microsoft Cloud PC, Azure AD, Messaging and Collaboration Tools, experience with managing projects using Scrum and Agile methodologies, supplier management, and a deep understanding of infrastructure technologies. Strong analytical, critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in this position. Basic qualifications for the Lead Technical Business System Analyst role at Milestone Technologies include a Masters degree, Bachelors degree with 2 years of experience, Associate degree with 6 years of experience, or a High school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience in Information Systems and/or Unified Communication.
