1. Carry out investigation in LAP (Loan Against Property) to identify fraud involved in the loan process to mitigate the risk
2. Candidate would be responsible for investigating suspected/fraud cases based on the various fraud triggers
3. Close all investigation cases within TAT
4. Manage and achieve monthly standard investigation target of cases
5. Qualitative approach of investigation by collecting all relevant evidence to support your investigation
6. Co-ordinate with various verticals within operation such as Sales
7. Adhering to compliances and guidelines during investigation
Should be able to deal with situation to manage spike in volume with quality
1. The candidate should be a graduate.
2. Candidates with 1-2 years of expertise in home loans/Lap and fraud investigation/risk management will be given preference.
3. Understanding of fraud and forensic investigations.
4. The ability to manage big volumes while meeting deliverables.
5. Coordinate with various verticals to conclude the investigation.
6. Communication skills and attention to detail.
