Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Lead role based in Delhi, India. The Lead will oversee and manage key operations of the consultancy, including enhancing processes related to student guidance and university admissions. Responsibilities include coordinating admission procedures, supporting clients with visa and travel arrangements, addressing student concerns, and ensuring seamless communication between students and universities. The role entails collaboration with a dynamic team to uphold and enhance a personalized, student-focused approach.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in project management, including skills in leadership, organizational planning, and team coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship-building skills; the ability to provide personalized support to students and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in handling documentation, visa processes, and travel coordination effectively.
  • Knowledge in the education sector, particularly in overseas education consultancy or a related field, is advantageous.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless operational processes.
  • Fluent in English, and knowledge of additional languages (such as Russian) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related fields; higher qualifications are preferred.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining customer-centric service standards.
