Lead Engineer - Salesforce

Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities: Required: Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce environment. System Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and applications. Process Automation: Develop automation solutions using Salesforce tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Apex. Custom Solutions: Create and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers. Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce, performing regular data audits and cleanups. User Support: Provide technical support and solving issues if they arise. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce releases and leverage new functionalities to improve business processes. Compliance: Ensure alignment to industry best practices and standards, particularly when building custom solutions. Desirable: Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL. Experience with Salesforce integration tools and data migration. Experience working with development tools such as visual studio code and DevOps(GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jira) Experience writing unit tests to acquire 100% code coverage. Proficiency in debugging and tackle performance and security issues. Familiarity with web services, APIs, and related technologies (REST, SOAP). Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of development experience on the Salesforce platform. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Superb communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
