We’re looking for an innovative Engineering Lead - Java to lead the charge in building scalable, high-performance systems. You’ll tackle complex challenges, shape the platform’s architecture, and inspire a team to deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive business success and innovation. What You Will Do • Lead the development of scalable, high-performance systems using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices. • Shape the platform’s architecture to ensure optimal performance and reliability. • Mentor and inspire a talented team, driving innovation and best practices. • Solve complex challenges, delivering solutions that fuel growth and product success. Make a direct impact, lead impactful projects, and grow your career in a dynamic environment. What We're Looking For • Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Microservices, with experience building scalable, high-performance systems. • Expert in Java (SpringBoot, Hibernate, JUnit), RESTful APIs, and continuous integration practices. • Hands-on experience with Redis, Kafka, and RDBMS/NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for real-time data processing. • Solid understanding of unit/integration testing with frameworks like JUnit and CI/CD pipelines. • Fintech experience (preferred) and familiarity with BDD frameworks like Gauge.
