Engineering Lead - Java

Requirements

• Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Microservices, with experience building scalable, high-performance systems.
• Expert in Java (SpringBoot, Hibernate, JUnit), RESTful APIs, and continuous integration practices.
• Hands-on experience with Redis, Kafka, and RDBMS/NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for real-time data processing.
• Solid understanding of unit/integration testing with frameworks like JUnit and CI/CD pipelines.
• Fintech experience (preferred) and familiarity with BDD frameworks like Gauge.
