Job Description

We are looking for skilled Lead Engineers to join our team at Petro6 Engineering & Construction Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and construction, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians to ensure successful project execution.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Develop and implement effective project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support.
Analyze data and reports to optimize project performance and improve efficiency.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Lead Engineer in the oil and gas industry.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and project management practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
