Position Lead – Education Projects Reporting To Director – Programs / CEO, ARCH Foundation Project Location: Vadodara, Gujarat About The Organization ARCH (Advanced Resource Centre for Humanitarian) Development Foundation is a non-profit organization (registered as Section 8) located in Vadodara working towards development activities mainly focused on education, women empowerment, skill and livelihood and financial literacy to name a few. We are working in states like Gujarat, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. For further information, kindly visit our website- www.archfoundation.in Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Program Design Lead the design and implementation of multi-thematic education programs including STEM education, remedial learning, digital literacy, coding & AI skilling, and teacher capacity building. Ensure all education programs are aligned with NEP 2020, SDG 4, and CSR mandates. Develop learning frameworks, pedagogy plans, and implementation roadmaps tailored for government and low-income private schools. Project Management & Delivery Oversee a portfolio of education projects across multiple states and locations. Manage a cross-functional team of project managers, associates, educators, and field coordinators. Ensure timely execution of activities, quality assurance, and adherence to planned budgets and timelines. Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for CSR partners, school authorities, and government education departments. Build and nurture institutional partnerships with education experts, NGOs, EdTech platforms, and training institutes. Conduct regular review meetings with stakeholders and ensure transparent communication of program outcomes. Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact Assessment Lead the development of M&E frameworks, including baseline, midline, and endline assessments. Analyze student learning outcomes, teacher performance, and community engagement metrics. Ensure timely and high-quality reporting, documentation, and knowledge dissemination. Innovation & Capacity Building Pilot and scale new learning models such as activity-based learning, experiential STEM kits, AI literacy, and foundational bridge programs. Organize capacity-building workshops for internal teams, educators, and school staff. Promote inclusivity, equity, and digital enablement across all interventions. Required Skills And Competencies Proven ability to lead large teams, manage multi-location programs, and deliver results under tight deadlines. Strong analytical and communication skills with experience in donor and government reporting. Knowledge of national education stems, digital education platforms, and innovative teaching-learning methodologies. Fluency in English and at least one regional language; readiness to travel to field sites. Qualification Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, Development Studies, or Public Policy Experience Minimum 8–12 years of progressive experience in managing education programs, preferably with NGOs, CSR, or government bodies.
