Introduction or About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong .NET Lead to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of architecting, developing, and delivering high-performance enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, Azure, AWS, and Kafka. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers, provide technical direction, and ensure the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure systems. This is an onsite role requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives and deliver exceptional solutions.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and Product Management, to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

● Oversee code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices in software development.

● Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.

● Implement CI/CD pipelines and support automated build and deployment processes.

● Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide timely resolutions.

● Stay updated with the latest cloud and .NET ecosystem trends to drive innovation.

Must Have Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development and architecture.

● Minimum 6 years of experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms (mandatory).

● Minimum 4 years of experience working with Kafka (mandatory).

● Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Web API, and microservices architecture.

● Deep understanding of cloud-native design principles, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and distributed systems.

● Proven experience in integrating third-party APIs and services.

● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on performance optimization.

● Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams.

● Hands-on experience with Git, JIRA, and agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in designing hybrid cloud solutions across Azure and AWS.

● Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.

● Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.

● Familiarity with message-driven and event-driven architectures.

● Exposure to NoSQL and SQL databases such as MongoDB, Cosmos DB, or SQL Server.

● Contributions to open-source projects or participation in the .NET community.

● Ability to drive technical discussions and influence architectural decisions.
