Job Description

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at our dynamic and rapidly growing product company, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects with cutting-edge technologies. Your role will involve building new features and enhancing existing interfaces to improve our platform for users. We are open to experience in frameworks like React for the UI/UX portion of the work, with a focus on using .NET for the backend and front end integration layer with a strong relational database component. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Ensuring the quality and quantity of engineering delivery of squads through continuous, iterative improvement in planning and execution. - Collaborating closely with Product managers, Architects & Leads to define complex software processes, analyze requirements, and design high-level solutions to meet stakeholder needs. - Handling, training, and supporting agile teams effectively. - Developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems using .NET Core and related technologies. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and resolve complex technical challenges. - Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to maintain high-quality code standards. - Implementing best practices for software development, testing, and deployment. - Creating RESTful APIs to support product features and integrations. - Staying updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development. - Working with UX designers and customers to enhance user experiences. - Participating in a highly collaborative hybrid development process to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives. - Applying Object-Oriented programming practices such as SOLID principles and Design patterns. - Demonstrating proficiency in security frameworks, assessing vulnerabilities, Secured Code, SSL/Non-SSL, and conducting Vulnerability tests. - Communicating the software architecture design to stakeholders. - Mentoring junior engineers and encouraging knowledge sharing within the team. Qualifications required for this position include: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in .NET Core development. - Hands-on experience with any relational DB, preferably Postgres. - Experience with modern JavaScript and related frameworks like React, Angular, Ember, or Vue. - Experience in building cloud-based RESTful applications with JSON and best practices in designing RESTful APIs. - Understanding of AWS managed services such as S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, SQS, SES, CloudFront, API Gateway, and AppSync. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Passion for technology and software development. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Experience in writing Unit and Integration Tests.,
