Lead Design Engr - CHO Projects MEP

As an experienced Engineer specializing in (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical) discipline, your role will involve providing engineering expertise for product development, Detailed Engineering, Value engineering, and maintenance issue resolutions. Your primary focus will be on achieving sustainable designs to ensure safe operations aligned with business goals and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Maximizing customer satisfaction (both internal and external) by promptly addressing feedback - Managing costs and identifying profit improvement opportunities by modifying designs and specifications for cost reduction, as well as developing new vendors for initiatives - Adopting technology solutions to gain a competitive advantage and evaluating new products for cost-effectiveness - Engineering and implementing projects to meet business requirements, developing standard drawings/specifications, and ensuring timely project completion within budget and quality standards - Asset management to enhance reliability and productivity, providing technical solutions for maintenance, and conducting root cause analysis for equipment failures - Process management towards operational excellence, updating and developing new processes, and analyzing deviations through site audits - People development to enhance capability and productivity, including sharing domain knowledge, developing training modules, and creating in-house competency for engineering needs - Focusing on and continually improving practices related to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), incorporating safety aspects in designs, and conducting root cause analysis of accidents and near misses Qualification Required: - Education: Engineering Graduate (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) - Experience: 8-10+ years in a reputable engineering consultancy firm with knowledge of Indian and international codes - Skills & Competencies: Possessing domain knowledge, staying updated on technological developments, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, expert knowledge in the respective discipline, and ensuring statutory compliance This role offers a challenging opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of engineering projects while focusing on customer satisfaction, cost management, technology adoption, and safety practices.
