About the Role

Lead Data Engineer

SQL and Stored Procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize metadata-driven

  data pipelines

  in Fabric and ADF for ingestion, transformation, and delivery.Implement transformations using

  SQL and Stored Procedures

  to ensure performance and maintainability.
• Architect solutions using

  Medallion Architecture

  , ensuring scalability, governance, and reusability.
• Lead small teams,

  mentor data engineers

  , and set technical direction on projects.
• Work directly with

  customers

  to gather requirements, troubleshoot, and provide best-practice guidance.
• Integrate data from

  Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM,

  and other SaaS/on-prem systems into Fabric, Data Lakes, or Warehouses.
• Deliver

  production-grade solutions

  with monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization.
• Document and share best practices, reusable frameworks, and provide

  knowledge transfer

  to client teams.

What You Bring

Must-have:

• 6+ years in

  data engineering

  , with

  2+ years leading/mentoring teams

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Microsoft Fabric

  and

  Azure Data Factory (ADF)

  .
• Advanced proficiency in

  SQL

  and

  Stored Procedures

  .
• Proven

  end-to-end project delivery

  experience (from raw ingestion to BI/analytics).
• Deep understanding of

  Medallion Architecture

  and data lakehouse practices.
• Excellent communication skills for working with both business and technical stakeholders.

Bonus Points For

• Exposure to

  Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM

  data models or BI/reporting tools.
• Familiarity with

  BI Connector

  or other integration middleware.
• Consulting/professional services background (customer-facing delivery).
• Knowledge of

  data governance, lineage, and security

  in Azure.
• Experience with

  Databricks

  or

  Snowflake ETL

  .
