Lead - Business Development

As the Lead Business Development & IP at Swiggy Scenes, a vertical dedicated to curating dining experiences and live events across India, your primary responsibility is to expand the supply base of restaurants and venues hosting events. You will also be involved in creating and implementing unique IP-led formats in collaboration with internal and external partners. Your leadership will be crucial in driving supply innovation, improving partner performance, and delivering a calendar of compelling consumer-facing events. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and onboarding restaurants, bars, and venues with strong event offerings. - Driving city-level supply expansion by curating upcoming restaurant events and nightlife experiences. - Ensuring partner readiness with complete listing hygiene. - Developing and scaling owned IPs for Swiggy Scenes, such as seasonal campaigns and thematic dining formats. - Collaborating with marketing and creative teams for branding and promotions. - Managing relationships with top restaurant partners for exclusive listings and upsell opportunities. - Conducting business reviews and performance tracking with key accounts. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - 2-5 years of experience in event partnerships, F&B sales, hospitality, or account management. - Industry knowledge in the food industry is a plus. - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. - Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in data tracking, reporting, and partner performance analysis. - High energy, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure.,
