Lead - Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Maintaining effective and efficient processes across the operational cycle from Opportunity To Order conversion, covering talent supply chain processes
• Understanding of project profitability constructs across multiple commercial models
• Drive strategy for process improvement
• Work closely with all business stakeholders and technical teams
• Draw up detailed functional specifications and test cases for operations
• Map to best practices of Fusion applications and provide inputs to business stakeholders
• Reports to the functional tower head for Operations, who in turn reports to the CIO

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum seven (7) years of relevant IT industry experience preferably in Business Analyst role
• Good understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion applications with specific reference to IT services industry
• Good technology understanding across ERP stacks, preferably Oracle Fusion applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent collaboration skills across groups of stakeholders
• Ability to manage conflicts
