Job Description

Own a module within the product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design, development, go-to-market, support, and delivery.

Collaborate with Senior PMs to define cross-platform product strategies and gain exposure to various Sprinklr products.

Act as a product consultant , engaging with top global brands to understand their business use cases and configure Sprinklr products to solve their challenges efficiently.

Leverage product usage data to identify customer pain points and recommend solutions.

Work on improving product adoption across brands by establishing industry-best practices.

Required Skills

Ability to analyze data quickly and extract relevant insights.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to map client needs to concrete solutions.

Proven experience in developing product and marketing strategies and communicating recommendations to executive management.

Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
