Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise and working knowledge of advanced ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring successful implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Provide functional expertise in ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Service Mapping, Discovery, Event Management, and ITAM.
Validate solutions against requirements and ensure alignment with best practices.
Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow platform and modules:
- ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
- CMDB & CSDM frameworks
- ITAM (Asset Management)
Ability to define and document processes, workflows, and data models.
Understanding of integrations and data flows within ServiceNow.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow certifications such as CSA (Certified System Administrator) or CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) in relevant modules.
Experience in large-scale ServiceNow deployments.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
