Job Description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and execute features and improvements that drive user engagement and satisfaction.
Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to sunsetting, ensuring each phase aligns with customer needs and business objectives.
Partner with UX/UI teams to develop user-friendly interfaces and interactions that enhance the overall user experience.
Create and maintain thorough documentation, including product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications, for a smooth handoff to development teams.
Work with QA teams to ensure features meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and performance before launch.
Use data-driven insights to prioritize features, enhancements, and product updates that add value for customers and drive business growth.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in translating customer needs into product features and positioning.
Proficiency in agile product development processes and comfortable working with engineering teams.
Experience working with design teams and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices for web applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and influence stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee product development from ideation to launch.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
