We are seeking a Finance Associate with strong accounting expertise and a solid understanding of US GAAP. This remote-first role is ideal for professionals with 5–7 years of experience in financial operations, reporting, and compliance, who can communicate effectively across teams and geographies.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with US GAAP
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders during financial reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows
• Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in Excel and financial ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking
