Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead end-to-end

  Salesforce implementations

• Lead deployment of

• Partner daily with US-based PMs to align on deliverables, timelines, and strategic goals.
• Apply

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  to manage sprints, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Use tools like

  MS Project

  ,

  JIRA

  , or equivalents to track progress and manage dependencies.
• Deliver weekly stakeholder reports covering project health, risks, and milestone achievements.
• Conduct

  financial analysis

  to assess ROI, optimize budgets, and support executive decision-making.
• Drive strategic initiatives across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum

  5 years of total experience

  2–3 years in Salesforce implementation

• Comfortable working
