Lead Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Programming

1. Design, develop, and maintain robust data models and analytical solutions to support business objectives.
2. Utilize 

   Python programming

    for data manipulation, statistical analysis, automation, and building custom analytical scripts.
3. Translate complex data sets into 

   actionable business insights

    and clear, concise recommendations for stakeholders and clients.

Artificial Intelligence & Efficiency

1. Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the practical application of 

   AI and Generative AI (Gen AI)

   technologies.
2. Apply 

   Prompt Engineering

    techniques to maximize the utility and accuracy of large language models (LLMs) and other AI tools.
3. Identify, evaluate, and implement 

   AI tools

    and workflows to drive 

   process efficiency

    across analytical and operational tasks.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

1. Develop, manage, and maintain compelling 

   Business Intelligence (BI)

    dashboards and reports.
2. Demonstrate proficiency in leading BI platforms for data visualization and reporting:

Power BI

Apache Superset

Tableau

Client Communication & Management

1. Lead the presentation of findings and strategic recommendations to both internal and external 

   clients and senior management

   .

2. Manage client expectations

    and serve as the primary technical point of contact for project delivery and data insights.
3. Ensure high-quality deliverables and foster strong, long-term client relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience:

   4-5 years of hands-on experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or similar data-focused role.

• Technical Proficiency:

• Expert-level knowledge of 

  Data Analytics

   principles and methodologies.
• Strong programming skills in 

  Python

   (including relevant libraries like Pandas, NumPy, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience with 

  SQL

   is highly desirable.

• AI/Gen AI:

• Practical exposure to 

  Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI

   tools and frameworks.
• Proven ability in 

  Prompt Engineering

   for various use cases.

• BI Tools:

   Must be proficient in at least two of the following BI platforms: 

  Power BI, Superset, or Tableau.

• Soft Skills:

   Exceptional written and verbal 

  Client Communication

   and presentation skills. Proven ability to lead and manage deliverables.
