Lead Analyst

Responsibilities:
The Lead analyst will be an integral part of the team wherein he will support the larger team in New York. Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities will include: • Sound knowledge on Term Loans, Bonds, Revolving Loans, DDTL, Private Credits and Alternative assets.• Understanding of cash and position reconciliation. Investigating and resolving cash/position breaks.• Understanding the financial risk involved in the process and ensuring controls/checklists are in place.• Coordinate with various parties such as internal teams and clients to resolve breaks/queries efficiently.• Handling various client queries raised by clients and close them within given TAT.• Thinking creatively about ways to improve the team’s existing process, and helping to ensure quality, consistency, and thoroughness in the team’s approach. • Sound knowledge of entire trade life cycle.• Geneva/Clearwater system knowledge. (add on advantage).• Client reporting. Understanding of Holding reports and Trade Blotters.

DOMAIN SKILLS • Very good understanding of Financial Products and having hands-on experience on a mix of Structured Credit Experience and quantitative experience. • General understanding of Private Credit / Real Estate / Hedge Funds / Reconciliation • Hands on experience of Private Equity / Real Estate / Hedge Funds systems/ Reconciliation
