This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead Analyst, Marketing Analytics in India.
In this role, you will play a central part in shaping marketing performance visibility through advanced analytics, reporting, and data modeling. You will partner closely with marketing, operations, and data teams to deliver high-impact dashboards and insights across the full marketing funnel. Your work will support strategic decision-making by identifying trends, performance shifts, and optimization opportunities. You will take ownership of complex datasets and reporting infrastructure that power executive and stakeholder reporting. Operating in a collaborative, data-driven, and remote-friendly environment, you will balance analytical depth with business context. This role offers strong visibility, cross-functional influence, and the opportunity to shape how marketing success is measured at scale.
Accountabilities
- Design, build, and launch high-quality marketing dashboards from requirements gathering through QA, deployment, and stakeholder enablement.
- Manage and support ongoing dashboard requests, including enhancements, fixes, and iterative improvements.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize custom SQL queries, datasets, and data sources to support marketing analytics and reporting.
- Partner with data, marketing operations, and analytics teams to ensure accurate data pipelines and reliable lead flow to sales teams.
- Enhance data pipelines by introducing new fields, metrics, and dimensions to support evolving business needs.
- Design and maintain scalable data models in Tableau to ensure performance, accuracy, and seamless analytical workflows.
- Analyze digital marketing and website performance, delivering insights across full-funnel metrics and conversion paths.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in marketing analytics, operations, or analytics roles within a B2B environment.
- Advanced expertise in Tableau, with extensive experience building dashboards, datasets, and analytical views.
- Strong SQL proficiency with hands-on experience querying large datasets in data warehouse environments.
- Experience working with modern data warehouses and an understanding of data modeling and best practices.
- Deep familiarity with marketing technology stacks, including CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, and intent data platforms.
- Proven experience analyzing digital marketing and website performance across attributable and non-attributable funnels.
- Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Tableau certification or equivalent advanced training is preferred.
