Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our team at the B3 level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM Pro , hands-on experience with CMDB and CSDM deployments , and a proven track record of working on ServiceNow integrations . This role demands a proactive individual who can contribute to the design, development, and optimisation of ServiceNow solutions that support our business processes and IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices and platform capabilities.

Configure and customise ITSM Pro modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.

Lead and support CMDB and CSDM deployments , ensuring accurate data modelling and service mapping.

Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to development standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance.

Maintain documentation for configurations, customisations, and integrations.

Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend enhancements aligned with platform updates.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

Strong expertise in ITSM Pro and its advanced features.

Proven experience with CMDB and CSDM implementation and optimisation.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Experience with Performance Analytics, Flow Designer, and App Engine Studio.

Exposure to ITOM, SecOps, or HRSD modules.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
