Job Description

Shift Timing: 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM / 04:00 PM - 01:00 AM.

Working Days : 6 (Monday - Saturday)

Roles & Responsibility: -

  • Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects, Industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Contact Generation, Data Scraping, Validation and Data Management
  • Collaboratively work with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
  • Initiating lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Maintain consistent, concise, and accurate internal and external communications
  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management
  • Track key social media metrics and provide regular reports on the performance of social engagement efforts, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport
  • Demonstrating a commitment to the technology industry and staying educated on the new regulations, changes, innovations, and trends
  • Achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas; maintaining strong MIS of all leads and accounts
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align with overall business objectives and contribute to the achievement.

Qualifications & Skills: -

  • 2+ years of strong experience in a lead generation role for the US/UK market;

    preferably into higher ed tech/ eLearning industry

  • Extensive knowledge of Data research and mining
  • Proven track record of exceeding Pre-Sales/Lead Generation target
  • Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work independently or within a team.
  • Must have excellent skills on excel
  • Strong experience using technology tools to support Lead generation
  • Show a proven track record achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas
  • Ability to multi-task daily projects and commitments and employ structured selling methods
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)-Experience with CRM Software
