Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager Team Lead with proven expertise in Programmatic Advertising, CTV, and In-App Ads to lead our account management function. In this role, you will manage key client relationships while also guiding a team of Account Managers to deliver world-class campaign execution, optimization, and client satisfaction. You will act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and leadership to drivebusiness impact, strategic growth, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers, fostering growth, collaboration, and high performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the senior point of contact for escalations, strategic planning, and campaign delivery.
- Oversee the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including briefing, setup, optimization, performance monitoring, and reporting.
- Drive expertise in CTV and In-App advertising, ensuring best practices and innovations are applied to campaigns.
- Provide data-driven insights and post-campaign analysis, delivering strategic recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to identify upselling opportunities and support business growth.
- Manage multiple client portfolios, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Keep updated with industry trends, technologies, and betas to proactively recommend innovative solutions to clients.
- Develop and enforce internal processes to improve efficiency, knowledge sharing, and client outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in engineering, marketing, or related field).
- 6+ years of experience in Account Management within Programmatic Advertising, with a strong track record in CTV and In-App campaigns.
- Proven experience leading, managing, and mentoring teams.
- Strong understanding of programmatic platforms, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and attribution tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills with a strategic and consultative mindset.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems, particularly Excel; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
