Key Responsibilities:
Act as the Business Solution Manager responsible for SCM 3rd party sales Order Management out of Operations (CMO/CMS/SNCM) in close collaboration with the GPO (Global Process Owners), Global CMO/CMS stakeholders, Business Champions, Functional IT Experts and the LDC Adopt counterpart.
Responsible for elaboration of the deliverables as per the project plan during conceptual design, build and adopt phase. Below is a list of such deliverables (not exhaustive).
Ensure a proper implementation of the Core solution designed in previous releases by adopting the global template to fit for the upcoming LDC releases.
Establish or update business standard operating procedure; Review and adopt, if necessary, the training material and working instructions and execute business screening of IT solutions and testing of solution(s)
Support and contribute to data migration in 3rd party sales process
Align and agree on integration of relevant processes and their respective system solution(s) with e.g. in the area commercial operations, Customs & Trade Compliance, Logistics W&D, QA and Manufacturing Execution.
Ensures that user requirements and functional specifications are consistent with global / local processes and contribute to master data preparation for Screening, Testing and cut over.
Supports cutover and hyper care phases to ensure proper live for the first mover countries and subsequent country deployments. Secure busine.
Essential Requirements:
Various years of experience in a role related to 3rd party Order Management dealing responsible to coordinate and manage the E2E process until invoicing either in entity within Novartis or in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Experience in managing contract manufacturing setups for 3rd parties as part of the customer service team
Very good understanding of the E2E processes in 3rd party Order Management and the respective solutions e.g. Sales order Management, Distribution scenarios, new 3rd party customer set up implementations, Master Data required to execute the process
Successfully completed university degree in the fields of supply chain management, Logistics, Information science or comparable education.
Ability to work independently and in a structured and careful manner.
Positive and pro-active attitude.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing work environment; high degree of teamwork and quality orientation and ability to operate in a global matrix environment.
Project Management experience and coordinating the workload of the team
