Summary of the Role:

The role will be directly responsible for the design, implementation, and management of programs across the following three core pillars, based on the activities noted:

4)Organizational Development

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

  • Education: Master's degree in HR, Organizational Behavior, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 10-12 years of demonstrated, hands-on experience in Talent Management, L&D, and Employee Engagement, preferably within the Automotive, Manufacturing, or a similar large-scale industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, and proficiency in using HR/Engagement technology platforms.
