About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Training Intern to support our CRT (Counselor Readiness & Training) Operations team. The role involves assisting the Training Manager with daily coordination, managing training operations, and ensuring seamless execution of training activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in training, HR operations, or L&D.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Training Manager in day-to-day training coordination and operational tasks.

Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and assessments.

Maintain and update attendance records, reports, and training trackers.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth training delivery.

Support in creating and managing training materials, feedback forms, and performance reports.

Follow up with trainees for task completion, assessments, and attendance.

Provide administrative support to the CRT team for ongoing training activities.

Ensure timely communication and escalation of training-related issues.

Requirements

Graduate (2022–2024 batch preferred)

Strong communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets

Highly organized with attention to detail

Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Immediate joiner with a personal laptop
