Handle end-to-end LCL export operations: bookings, stuffing schedules, cargo readiness, and documentation.
Monitor shipment lifecycles, ensure adherence to cut-off timelines (VGM, SI, port deadlines, etc.).
Coordinate with global partners, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
Manage shipping documentation (HBL, MBL, invoices, packing lists).
Troubleshoot and resolve shipment delays or operational issues.
Maintain trackers, MIS, and share timely updates with relevant stakeholders.
Follow SOPs and suggest process improvements to boost efficiency.
2–4 years of LCL export operations experience (freight forwarding/shipping/logistics).
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, International Business, or similar.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
