Job Description: Lawyer (Real Estate Development)

Location: Vile Parle(West), Mumbai

Experience Required: 8 years minimum (preferably in Real Estate Sector)

Salary: From Rs 45,000 per month and can be decided based on Experience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Experienced and detail- oriented individual who has a strong command over English language to be proficient in drafting, vetting and finalizing key real estate documents. These documents include but are not limited to PAAA (Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement), Agreement of Sale, Conveyance Deeds, Leave and License Agreements, Development Agreements, Power of Attorney(POA), Construction Agreements, MoUs, Term Sheets, and NDAs
• Manage issues in Litigation related but not limited to land and property disputes, RERA complaints, etc., The candidate is expected to draft legal notices, replies, pleadings, and support legal representation while managing coordination with external legal counsel.
• Non-Litigation and advisory matters which pertain to conducting title due diligence for land acquisition and project feasibility. The candidate will be expected to provide legal opinion on real estate transactions, joint ventures, and investment structuring, along with provide legal advise for internal legal issues.
• The candidate must assess risk and compliance matters such as ensuring compliance with RERA Act, Transfer of Property Act, Contract Act, Environment and Labor Laws, Municipal and Urban Development Authority regulations, etc.,. Maintenance of proper legal records, audits and internal reviews.

Job Skills and Requirements:

• The candidate must be a Bachelors
• Minimum 8 years of experience (preferably in real estate sector)
• In-depth knowledge of property laws, RERA, land laws.
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills in real estate documentation.
• Familiarity with document registration processes and legal compliance.
