Laundry Supervisor

A Leading catering company of ABU DHABI is looking for Laundry Supervisor.

About the Role

The Laundry Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the laundry department, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of laundry staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Train new employees on laundry procedures and equipment usage.
• Maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a laundry or similar environment.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Certification in laundry operations or management.
