Laundry Supervisor

Operational Duties

• Supervise all laundry operations including sorting, washing, drying, pressing, folding, and dispatching.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of guest laundry, hotel linen, and uniforms.
• Maintain proper handling and processing procedures for different types of fabrics and stains.
• Check that machines and equipment are in proper working condition and report any malfunctions immediately.
• Monitor and control the use of cleaning materials, detergents, and other supplies to prevent wastage.
• Ensure proper labeling and handling of guest laundry to avoid loss or damage.
• Quality Control
• Inspect finished linen, uniforms, and guest laundry for cleanliness, damage, and quality before delivery.
• Maintain consistent standards of hygiene and presentation as per hotel policy.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for all laundry functions.
• Maintenance & Safety
• Coordinate with the Engineering Department for preventive maintenance and repairs of machines.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all laundry areas.
• Ensure compliance with fire, safety, and health regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
