Guest Service Excellence : Deliver personalized, attentive, and high-standard service to guests in accordance with the hotel's luxury service standards. Order Management : Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction. Upselling & Product Knowledge : Recommend menu items, pairing suggestions, and upsell premium products to enhance guest experience and increase revenue. Team Support : Mentor and support junior associates in day-to-day operations and assist the supervisor in shift management. Table Setup & Cleanliness : Ensure all dining areas are impeccably set up before service and maintained throughout operation. Coordination : Liaise effectively with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth food and beverage delivery. Complaint Handling : Handle guest feedback and complaints gracefully, escalating to supervisors when necessary. Inventory Control : Assist in stock management and inventory checks of crockery, cutlery, and service equipment. Compliance : Follow all hygiene, grooming, and safety protocols as per hotel and local authority standards. Training Participation : Attend training sessions and briefings to stay updated on menu changes, service techniques, and brand standards.
