Therapy Delivery : Perform authentic Ayurvedic treatments as prescribed by the in-house Ayurvedic doctor or wellness consultant. Guest Consultation Support : Assist doctors during guest consultations and understand treatment plans to ensure accurate therapy execution. Treatment Preparation : Prepare therapy rooms and materials including oils, herbs, and equipment as per protocol and hygiene standards. Guest Experience : Create a calming and healing environment, ensuring guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout the treatment process. Health & Hygiene : Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and personal grooming in therapy areas. Product Knowledge : Be well-versed in the therapeutic benefits and uses of Ayurvedic oils, herbs, and treatments used in the spa. Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of treatments administered, guest preferences, and feedback for future reference. Team Collaboration : Work closely with other spa team members, therapists, and wellness staff for smooth operations. Stock Management : Monitor and report inventory usage of oils, herbs, linens, and other Ayurvedic supplies. Continued Learning : Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on new techniques and wellness trends in Ayurveda.
