Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description

Team Supervision : Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping attendants to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house. Room Inspection : Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms and suites to ensure they meet luxury hotel standards before check-in. Inventory Control : Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and linen inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and wastage is minimized. Daily Operations : Coordinate daily housekeeping schedules and assignments. Ensure efficient use of labor and resources. Guest Interaction : Address guest requests, preferences, and complaints promptly and courteously, ensuring complete guest satisfaction. Training & Development : Support the induction and ongoing training of housekeeping staff, promoting consistency in service excellence. Safety & Hygiene Compliance : Enforce hygiene and safety protocols as per hotel and government standards. Lost & Found : Maintain accurate records and protocols for lost and found items. Collaboration : Work closely with Front Office, Maintenance, and Laundry departments for smooth operations and quick room turnovers. Reporting : Maintain daily reports, shift logs, and incident records for management review.
