Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor located in many locations like Delhi, Noida, Haryana The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards, managing laundry services, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes assigning tasks, conducting inspections, and addressing any operational issues promptly to maintain a clean and safe environment. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage a housekeeping team effectively Proficiency in managing Housekeeping operations, including cleaning standards and procedures Hands-on experience and expertise in overseeing Laundry operations Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to address client concerns and ensure satisfaction Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Familiarity with safety and hygiene standards in a facility management context Past experience in a similar role, ideally within facility management, hospitality, or a related industry
