Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Therapist at the Relife Development Center, located in Vadodara. The Therapist will work closely with children and adults, delivering personalized therapeutic interventions such as speech therapy, occupational therapy, ABA therapy, and sensory integration. Responsibilities include assessing developmental needs, devising individualized treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and monitoring progress to ensure the best outcomes. The Therapist will create a positive, engaging environment to help clients achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Therapeutic skills including Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, ABA Therapy, and Sensory Integration Therapy
• Strong expertise in personalized treatment planning and developmental progress assessment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with clients and collaborating in multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to establish a nurturing and engaging environment for clients
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, Speech Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or related fields
• Certification or licensure in related therapy fields is highly desirable
• Experience working with children and adults with special needs is preferred
• Commitment to maintaining ethical and professional standards
