Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Physiotherapist role based in Jodhpur. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized therapy programs for children and adults with physical and developmental challenges. Daily tasks include working collaboratively with other professionals, conducting assessments, developing therapy goals, engaging clients in exercises to improve mobility and function, and monitoring progress to optimize treatment outcomes. The role also involves providing guidance to families and caregivers to support ongoing rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in physiotherapy practices, including assessment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation
• Experience working with children and individuals with special needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and sensory integration challenges
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to develop tailored therapy plans and monitor progress towards individual goals
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT or MPT) from a recognized institution
• Registration with a relevant physiotherapy council or governing body
• Empathy, patience, and a passion for supporting individuals in achieving their potential
• Work experience in therapeutic and rehabilitation environments is advantageous
