About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our in-house healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide personalized online consultations, support health and wellness programs, and assist with physiotherapy center data management. This is a fully remote role designed for professionals who are passionate about promoting preventive healthcare and holistic well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Online Consultations & Rehabilitation Planning
• Conduct one-on-one virtual consultations with users.
• Design and recommend tailored exercise and rehabilitation plans based on user needs and program objectives.
• Support internal initiatives such as the Lifestyle Management Program, Maternity Program, and other wellness offerings.
• Program Support & Content Development
• Collaborate with the health and wellness team to develop program materials, including exercise templates, activity plans, quizzes, and webinar content.
• Provide physiotherapy expertise to enhance user engagement and program effectiveness.
• Physiotherapy Center Mapping & Data Management
• Maintain and update a comprehensive Pan-India physiotherapy center database.
• Record and verify pricing, services, and contact details in the Visits Master Sheet.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates for operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, rehabilitation, and exercise planning
• Excellent verbal communication and virtual consultation skills
• Strong attention to detail for data entry and record management
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setup
• Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in physiotherapy practice or online consultations
• Experience in wellness, preventive health, or telehealth programs is preferred
