Job Title: Telecalling Associate – Healthcare (Contractual) Location: Sector 16, Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Work from Office) Shift: Day Shift | Roster-based (9 AM–6 PM / 10 AM–7 PM / 11 AM–8 PM) Job Type: Contractual / Temporary (12 months) Salary: Up to ₹2,00,000 per annum Company Overview: Visit Health is a leading digital health platform providing on-demand medical consultations, diagnostics, and wellness services to over 1.5 million users across India. Join our mission to simplify healthcare access with cutting-edge tech and a customer-first approach. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers for tele and video consultation scheduling. Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely conversion. Assign medical cases to doctors based on availability and language preference. Ensure scheduled callbacks are executed as per timelines. Conduct feedback calls and maintain accurate customer records. Adhere to quality standards and complete tasks assigned by management. Work on a rotational shift schedule (as per process needs). Requirements: ✅ Experience: Prior experience in telecalling and outbound calling is mandatory. ✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. ✅ Language: Proficiency in English is required. ✅ Location: Must be located in or able to commute to Noida Sector 16. ✅ Skills: Strong communication, time management, and basic computer proficiency.
