Position: Laravel Developer Location: Greater Noida Experience: 1.5 – 4 years (Laravel PHP Framework) We’re seeking a dynamic Laravel Developer who can go beyond just writing code. The ideal candidate will have the ability to design, develop, optimize, and lead scalable applications that create real impact.  Key Responsibilities: Strong hands-on experience with Laravel (backend development), MySQL, Database concepts, OOPs, MVC, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and Web Services. Proficient in writing and understanding object-oriented PHP. Building and maintaining Laravel-based applications with modern JavaScript frameworks. Converting UI/UX designs into responsive, high-performance interfaces. Writing clean, testable, and well-documented code throughout the development lifecycle. Actively contributing across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) — from idea to deployment and beyond. Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the Laravel framework for backend and modern JavaScript technologies for frontend. Translate wireframes and UI/UX designs into responsive, performant, and accessible front-end interfaces. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure high performance and reliability. Optimize application performance—including caching strategies, query optimization, and responsive UI enhancements. Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed. Oversee the full SDLC: from requirement gathering and UI implementation to deployment and post-launch support. Collaborate across teams (product, QA, project managers) and participate in Agile workflows (stand-ups, sprint planning). Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. 1–5 years of professional experience in full-stack development—with significant experience in Laravel and mySql frameworks.   Technical Skills Backend: Expert in PHP and Laravel framework; deep understanding of OOP, MVC structure, and best coding practices. Frontend: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. Databases: Hands-on with SQL databases (MySQL). Familiarity with optimization techniques. Testing & Quality: Familiarity with unit testing tools like PHPUnit or PHPUnit alternatives   Soft Skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities. Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to mentor junior developers and share knowledge. Comfortable working in collaborative, fast-paced, or remote-first environments. Eagerness to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and continuous improvement mindset.
