Should be able to supply skilled, unskilled, semi skilled and professional civil construction labourers
Handling grievances of site labourers
Maintaining a harmonious relationship between site senior staff, head office, and site workers
Listening to workers and counselling them
Ensuring proper communication between workers and management
Qualification : Any Degree / PG / Sociology / labour welfare / Social work
Experience : 4 to 12 years in managing civil construction site
