Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Operations Manager at KD Hospital in Ahmedabad. The Laboratory Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring laboratory safety and compliance, overseeing the use and maintenance of laboratory equipment, and implementing quality control protocols. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth laboratory processes and managing laboratory staff.

• Strong Laboratory Safety and Laboratory Skills
• Proficiency with Laboratory Equipment and Quality Control standards
• Operations Management and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus
• Relevant certifications or licenses in laboratory management are advantageous
