Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Operations Manager located in the Australia and Canada. The Laboratory Operations Manager will oversee daily laboratory operations, ensure laboratory safety, manage laboratory equipment, and maintain quality control standards. Responsibilities also include coordinating with other departments, managing laboratory staff, and troubleshooting operational issues to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the laboratory.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laboratory Safety, Laboratory Skills, and handling Laboratory Equipment
• Experience in Quality Control processes and standards
• Strong Operations Management skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant science or engineering field
• Experience in a similar managerial role is preferred
